The Partspak team are proud to provide a fast and efficient delivery service. With all our orders, Partspak will endeavour to deliver your order “when you need it”

Partspak UK Deliveries

We ship all orders Monday to Friday with stock item orders placed before 2pm can be delivered to the UK the next working day.

To optimise your delivery experience, you will receive confirmation when your order has been shipped including the courier service tracking number.

For urgent requirements Partspak can offer same day, early morning and Saturday delivery options – please just let us know when you need when you are ordering (subject to availability).

Partspak Mainland Europe and Worldwide Deliveries

The Partspak team recognise the need to get parts shipped across the world as quickly as possible – maintaining a strong focus on our customers’ needs, Partspak have developed strong partner relationships with a number of global shipping and courier services that ensure your orders arrive when you need them.

The Partspak team offer a range of international delivery services depending on the urgency of the order – service levels and pricing is dependent on the destination country – please discuss with our customer service advisors at point of order.

Some international consignments may be subject to local import costs and customs regulations – please discuss with our customer service advisor at point of order.

Returns

Partspak hope that you to be entirely satisfied with your Partspak purchase, which extends to a hassle free returns procedure should you need to return a part back to us.

If a part is faulty or defective you may return it to Partspak within 14 days of delivery. The parts must be in the condition that  you received it and we'll arrange a refund or for a replacement part to be sent to you. For faulty or defective parts, Partspak will pay the cost of shipping subject to Partspak shipping preference. To return a part you will need to contact one of our Customer Service Advisors and obtain a goods return number (GRN).

Our Customer Support Advisor will guide you through the returns process and arrange collection of the goods.
